Invoicing and VAT
Terms to understand before signing.
“How do you charge — per vehicle or per litre?”
Per vehicle per month. There is no commission on fuel volume.
Larger fleets pay less per vehicle.
“In which currency is the invoice issued?”
Prices are in euros. The offer sets payment timing and method.
“How is VAT handled for a company inside the EU?”
1GeGo LLP is not a VAT payer, so the invoice comes without VAT.
EU businesses account for tax under reverse charge. Provide your VAT ID.
“When do we start paying — during the pilot as well?”
The recurring fee starts after the pilot.
The pilot covers 10–20 vehicles for 60 days and ends with a report.
