Representative under Art. 27 GDPR

In so far as the controller is not established in the Union, a representative under Art. 27 GDPR has to be designated. Data subjects may address their requests either to the representative or directly to us.

What the demo form collects

• name of the contact person
• company
• number of vehicles
• contact: e-mail address or telephone number
• optional: the telematics system in use
• technical: IP address and user agent of the sending device

There are no further fields. The other pages of this website collect no personal data.

Purpose and legal basis

Name, company, number of vehicles, contact and telematics are processed in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare the demo appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

IP address and user agent are processed in order to fend off automated mass submissions and to limit misuse of the form. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the form against abuse.

Retention period

We delete an enquiry as soon as it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation stands in the way. The concrete period still has to be fixed and entered here: [RETENTION PERIOD — to be filled in].

Recipients

Your request is delivered to the info@fuelops.net mailbox and stored in our leads database.

Processors involved: Railway (server and database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Zoho (mailbox). We provide the Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement on request.

Where the data is processed

Servers: Railway (Railway Corporation, USA), region US West. The archive of historical fuel prices is stored in Cloudflare R2.

Processing therefore takes place outside the European Union, in a third country. We provide the data processing agreement and the basis for the transfer under Chapter V GDPR on request at info@fuelops.net.

No cookies, no external analytics

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. No tracking pixels, no advertising networks and no external fonts are loaded; the page requests nothing from third-party servers.

That is why there is no consent banner here either.
